I want to join the Association of Data Protection Practitioners (SPOD). As an Ordinary Member, I undertake to comply with the statute, regulations and resolutions of the Association.
Within 7 days after receiving notification of being admitted to SPOD, I commit to pay an annual contribution of PLN 250 (in words: two hundred and fifty zlotys).

All applications submitted are subject to verification within a maximum of 30 days.

 

Obligation of information

The controller of the personal data provided in the application is the Association of Data Protection Practitioners, ul. Nadwiślańska 3, room B2, 30-527 Kraków (kontakt@stowarzyszeniepod.pl) – SPOD.
Dane ersonal data is processed for the following purposes:
Verification of the application in terms of meeting the criteria for being a member of SPOD (a legitimate interest of the controller – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR).
Acquisition of membership in SPOD, exercise of the rights and obligations of a SPOD member, settlement of membership fees paid (fulfillment by the controller of its legal obligations arising from legal provisions – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR).
Information on events and other forms of activity organized by SPOD or covered by its patronage (a legitimate interest of the controller or a third party – Art.6 par.1 lit.f GDPR, and fulfillment of obligations arising from the statute – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR).
Personal data will be stored during membership of the Association and after its termination for a period of 6 years, with effect at the end of the calendar year. In the event of an unsuccessful membership application, personal data is stored for a maximum of 3 months.
The recipients of personal data are the entity providing financial and accounting services and the IT infrastructure provider.
Each person has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, and limit processing, as well as the right to object. Everyone also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal information is voluntary. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to consider the membership application.
